I would probably rate this a 3.75 if possible. I have been here twice before and wasn't overly impressed, tonight the food was pretty good and the service was good also. Prices are pretty good and they have a good selection of Mexican beer, which I like a lot.Edit- I have been here a few more times and the food is now pretty decent each time I try. The staff has kind of a lax don't really care attitude which is too bad. There is one person that is an exception to this Christina the manager, she always makes you feel welcome and provides exceptional service and always has a smile on her face. Honestly if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Me and my girlfriend went noticed the place has changed the menu and raised prices not what it once was the restaurant was so cold we both had to wear hoodies we were the only table seated when we arrived and two other parties were seated after they got there food first we waited about 30 mins for our food for it to come out wrong and cold... worst experience at a Mexican restaurant I've ever seen not to mention a few years ago the place got busted for serving to minors and waiters hitting on underage females... place should be shut down end of story.
